4. Combination line of small hole nesting equipment
Synthetic graphite sheet for the coil material, each piece of graphite raw material is 3mm~5mm interval, quantum technology launched PLC intelligent identification, memory drawing die cutting machine, solve the industry due to the gap error of graphite sheet, lead to waste of graphite raw material, improve the material utilization rate.

Main function: laminating auxiliary material and graphite sheet main material
First cut: tangent
Use equipment: LZ300 die cutting machine + hd electric eye + rotary waste collection device
Main functions: cut graphite sheet and socket holes, PLC intelligent identification + memory drawing, avoid the gap between graphite sheet, maximize the utilization of materials.
Second lamination: lamination and waste removal
Equipment: lz300-3 three-station laminating machine + on-line photoelectric induction equipment
Main functions: laminating black film and blue PET protective film
Second cutting: reverse cutting
Equipment: LZ300 high speed, high precision hole nesting die cutting machine
Main function: cut the ear and tear the hand
Third lamination: waste discharge and lamination
Equipment: lz300-2 two-station laminating machine + on-line photoelectric induction equipment
Main function: collecting the ear scrap, fitting the base material tape, the material needs to be turned over during the next process
